All reservations are accompanied by a deposit of 50% of the stay upon reservation. The reservation is final only after receipt of the deposit, payable by bank transfer or credit card.
The balance of the stay is to be made on the day of your arrival at the latest.
Cancellation:
All cancellations must be made in writing.
In the absence of cancellation, the deposit is retained and the stay is due in full.
In case of no show, the stay is due in full.
In the event of late cancellation, if we find other customers to re-let on the same dates, we will refund the entire stay; otherwise, the deposit is retained and the entire stay is due.
In the event of a cancellation strictly related to COVID-19, the deposit will be maintained for a subsequent reservation valid for one year, or even reimbursed according to the government measures in force (containment, travel limitation).
